राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने सेरोगेसी कानून को दी मंजूरी, अब नहीं हो सकेगा दुरुपयोग President Ram Nath Kovind Gives Assent to Surrogacy Act, 2021 JOIN OUR WHATSAPP GROUP देश में अब सरोगेसी (विनियमन) अधिनियम 2021 को राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने मंजूरी दे दी है। राष्ट्रपति ने इसे शनिवार को मंजूरी दी और गजट प्रकाशन के साथ ही यह कानून लागू हो गया है। इस कानून में सरोगेसी को वैधानिक मान्यता देने और इसके व्यवसायीकरण को गैरकानूनी बनाने का प्रावधान है। Surrogacy Act, 2021 इस कानून से सरोगेसी के पैसे कमाने और इसके दुरुपयोग पर अंकुश लगेगा। इसके जरिये केवल मातृत्व प्राप्त करने के लिए सरोगेसी की अनुमति मिलेगी, जिसमें सरोगेट मां को गर्भ की अवधि के दौरान चिकित्सा खर्च और बीमा कवरेज के अलावा कोई और वित्तीय मुआवजा नहीं मिलेगा। बता दें की सरोगेसी का अर्थ किराये पर गर्भ होता है। इसका उपयो...
